Client Vision and Design Objectives

ASK

The primary requirement was to design an earthy and sustainable farmhouse with breathable spaces. The house needed to feel open, raw, and connected to its surroundings while using natural, eco-friendly materials to ensure sustainability.

RESULT

We designed Sukoon as an organic retreat, ensuring every corner allowed for seamless indoor-outdoor interaction. The use of raw and earthy materials—such as exposed brick, natural stone, reclaimed wood, and lime plaster—added warmth and authenticity. Large openings, courtyards, and cross-ventilation made the spaces breathable, reducing the need for artificial cooling. The villa embodies simplicity with a soul, offering a rustic yet refined experience in the lap of nature.
