The client’s key requirement was to design well-lit and naturally ventilated apartments that could remain livable even during extended power outages. Additionally, they wanted every unit to be 100% Vastu-compliant—an essential factor for the residents in this region.

RESULT

Each apartment was carefully planned to maximize natural light and airflow, ensuring that every corner receives sunlight during the day and remains well-ventilated throughout. Large windows, strategic openings, and efficient spatial zoning make the spaces feel open and airy despite their compact size. What sets this project apart is its meticulous adherence to Vastu principles—every unit is uniquely designed to achieve complete compliance without compromising on modern aesthetics or functionality.
