The client (Digamber jain Navagadf Kshetra trust) needed a robust, low-maintenance hostel setup that ensured proper space utilization, natural ventilation, and lighting for each room. In addition, a strong emphasis was placed on student safety, security, and fostering an interactive campus life.
We designed 20 well-ventilated rooms with efficient layouts that allow for ample natural light and air circulation—creating a healthy living environment for the students. Open spaces and strategic visual connections across the campus encourage interaction while ensuring passive supervision and security through cross-vigilance. The layout is simple yet functional, with a focus on comfort, movement, and safety, reflecting the Gurukul philosophy of communal and mindful living.
